We are proud Nova Scotians whoare deeply rooted in the region and committed to building a long-term, sustainable solution for patient transfer services in our province. We have led large-scale operations and agile teams in high-demand environments, always with a focus on quality care, safety, and efficiency.

Jon Ladha

COO & Co-Founder

Jon has previously built and scaled a patient transfer team to 50 employees with 24/7 dispatch and patient transfer services. Jon's team has earned awards in accessibility and transportation, and provided a high level of service to dozens of hospitals, indigenous organizations, and assisted living facilities in eastern Ontario at his previous role. Jon is excited to leverage this experience to provide excellent services here at home in Nova Scotia.

Leah Boody, CPA, CMA

CEO & Co-Founder

A born and bred Haligonian, Leah is a proven leader with a track record of building high-performing teams, revitalizing underperforming businesses, and driving strategic change. Leah has received numerous awards including CPA NS Early Achiever and Atlantic Canada Top 50 CEO.

Graham Langill

Co-Founder

A born and bred Haligonian, Graham is a highly motivated, dedicated and effective leader. He takes pride in all projects and positions both in his personal and professional life. Graham has extensive experience and expertise in succession planning, scalability, and is a true advocate for change and efficiency. Graham is an active and impactful board member and volunteer for multiple healthcare organizations in Halifax.

We were delighted to learn about this service and meet with leadership and Kindway. We regularly have individuals occupying hospital beds long after they have been discharged because of lack of suitable transportation.

Steven moved to Nova Scotia from Panorama, BC where he provided safety services on the mountain and worked for the Rural Fire and Rescue Service.
